Hello, I'm Andrea

I am a 60-year old woman from the UK with two major passions in life - travel and crafting!

For the past twenty-five years, I have travelled the world with my husband, Mark. We visited 70 countries together and lived in France, Italy, Turkey, Vietnam, and Russia. You can read about many of our travels on my other site - Happy Days Travel.

Sadly, towards the end of our latest overlanding trip around South America, Mark became ill. He was diagnosed with incurable bile duct cancer in Rio in March this year. We were medically repatriated to the UK where Mark died at the beginning of May.

It goes without saying that this change of circumstances has hit me hard. I spent the first few weeks after Mark's death just going through the motions and wondering what my next steps should be.

I have now decided to revive an idea I had during lockdown - The Campervanning Crafter. I will be travelling around the UK in my trusty old campervan, Bertha, running craft workshops and developing printables and kits that I will sell through this site.

I look forward to having you with me for this new chapter of my life.
