In this informal three-hour workshop, you will learn all about the ancient Japanese arts of Boro (using fabric scraps to create something new) and Sashiko (an embroidery method based on a simple running stitch).  You will then use these techniques to create a beautiful and unique bag.

Your kit will include sufficient materials to create a cross-body bag. This is a relaxing, mindful way of stitching, so don't expect to finish your project in the three hours. The aim is for you to get to the stage where you can easily complete your item at home.

This workshop is suitable for beginners, as well as more experienced stitchers.  The price includes tuition, written instructions, and all materials.
